Warranty 

RuggedPC warrants to be free of all defects in material and workmanship for one year from the original date of purchase from RuggedPC. This Warranty extends only to the original buyer, not to any successive buyers.

During this Warranty Period, RuggedPC will repair or replace, free of charge, using quality parts at its discretion, any Product part proving to be defective in material or workmanship. This Warranty does not cover man-made damage.

All expenses related to replacing or repairing a defective part under this Warranty shall be assumed by RuggedPC, except that the original buyer shall be solely liable for all related shipping costs to RuggedPC. RuggedPC will cover return shipping costs back to the buyer. The original buyer shall accept all risk of loss, damage, or misplacement of any Product in shipment.

All Warranty services must be performed by an authorized RuggedPC technician. Any service performed on the Product by a non-authorized RuggedPC technician will void this Warranty in its entirety.
